At first I thought it was about Niall and felt bad for the dude, but after reading someone’s tweet about it possibly being about Alex Deleon, it made perfect sense. I mean Alex seems to still be obsessed with Demi til this day, and Demi mentions in the song about going out with the guy once or twice and as far as we know she never went out on a date with Niall.

It just makes perfect sense that it’s about Alex than anybody else.
